Appearance/Real Age: Looks 23 but she’s actually 79
Height&Body Build(&Wounds, if there are any):  5 foot 3 inches with a sort of rectangular body shape. She’s missing the lower half of her right arm that was broken under a hap-hazardously built kiln that toppled over. After finding she couldn’t pay to be healed she popped what was left of the lower half of her arm out and threw it away. Lou decided that even though she was a bit broken, and no longer perfect, she was still beautiful in the eyes of the Creator. (She never really threw it away, she still has it, but that’s what she tells people when they ask to seem more self-assured in her decision)

Personality: Lou attempts to be as confident and positive as possible even though sometimes this is far from the truth. She’s determined to keep others calm and happy through her own outward emotions and keep her actual thoughts and feeling to herself.

Biography:  The moment she woke up for the first time is something Lou Dubois will never forget. When her eyes opened, the first thing she saw was brilliantly blue sky that seemed to stretch for miles, unhindered by clouds. When she stretched, Lou felt the breeze brush the soft grass against her. She laid there in the field as long as she could before her curiosity got the better of her.

Finally she sat up quickly and looked around to see rolling hills filled with trees and flowers. What really caught her attention though was a small cottage that sat inside a small wooden fence.

Excited to simply be alive, she hopped up and made her way to the front door. After a few knocks led to no answer, Lou slowly opened the door to find a quaint, one room house with a large work station full of clay pots. Venturing inside, she inspected the pots and the tools that were used to make them. She felt the clay and was slightly upset when she felt how cold it was. But after some kneading in her palms, the clay became warm and soft. Lou smiled and thought to herself how even the coldest thing can become warm with a little bit of work. 

After some work and practice in the small, abandoned cottage, she taught her self how to make her first clay pot. Even though it was slightly lopsided and far too small to be of any use she was so happy that she made something she considered lovely.

When she ventured out and found the marionettes, she quickly joined La Moralité et l'amour to be with others who enjoyed bringing the simple beauties in life to others. From there she began working as a potter and usually gifted pots to those who needed them and used this as a way to "warm the cold clay" between people.

Opinion of The Creator: Even though she's behind doors, she's still working to keep things perfect for us.

Personal Hypothesis: Lou likes to believe that Charlotte always loves and cares for the marionnettes even though she cannot be physically with them. Therefore, they must all show their love and devotion for her by doing the best they can to be kind and caring people. 

Additional Information:

-Lou still makes pots without her right hand, though they’re usually lopsided

-Even though she’s seriously self-conscious about her arm, she puts up a front of total confidence

-Likes to think that things are more beautiful after being broken ( media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236… ) (at least that’s what she tells herself to make herself feel better)
